Mollie Roth is a Managing Director and Life Sciences Practice Leader at SunHawk Consulting, LLC., a U.S. based Disputes, Compliance and Investigations Consulting Firm with experts in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Insurance Industries.
Ms. Roth is a licensed attorney and a member of the Bar in good standing in New York and Washington, DC and is licensed as Corporate Counsel in Arizona. Ms. Roth holds a B.S. with a major in Neuropsychopharmacology from Rutgers University, a Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School. She lecturers on Genetics & Law and Bioethics & Law, as well as emerging topics in science and law, such as Precision Medicine and the microbiome.
For over 20 years, Ms. Roth has worked across the life sciences sector on a number of established and emerging areas of law and science. Ms. Roth has assisted clients with a diverse array of consulting, business and legal needs. These include product liability and patent litigation, which involved complex multi-district litigation; Medicare reimbursement for multi-panel diagnostics and pharmacogenetics testing; review, audit and creation of effective compliance programs and implementation of in-person and on-line training programs.
As a compliance professional, Ms. Roth has served as the Assistant General Counsel of Bard Peripheral Vascular and Bard Access Systems to ensure an effective, embedded and relatable compliance program. In her role as a compliance professional, Ms. Roth brings a unique perspective to the job of reviewing, assessing and helping clients build effective compliance programs and training.
Ms. Roth is a regular lecturer in the Center for Law Science and Innovation at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law on emerging topics of law and science. Ms. Roth has published extensively on issues in Personalized Medicine, the microbiome, and compliance in both peer reviewed and lay publications.
