Medicare Advantage and Part D Advance Notice and Proposed Rule

Recent AHLA Practice Bulletin summarized two proposed changes to Medicare Advantage and Part D plans.

On February 5, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued two proposals affecting Medicare Advantage and Part D plans. The following Authors and Editors have produced a useful summary of the proposals.
